The Source of our Victory
What Jesus has done – He has overcome the person and work of the enemy.
- God made you alive with Christ…And having disarmed the powers and authorities, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross (Colossians 2:13).
- The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work (1 John 3:8).
- [Jesus] has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the Kingdom of the Son He loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins (Col 1:13)
- The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I [Jesus] have come that they may have life, and have it to the full (John 10:10).
